Check-In : from 4pm to 8pm.
Check-Out : before 11am.
Upon arrival, guests are requested to hand in their identity documents to have them registered in accordance with the law, and pay €0,90 per person and per day as tourist tax.

No pets allowed.
The house is smoke free except for its smoking areas. Smoking outside these areas is forbidden.
Please take good care of the house furniture and decorative items, as they are antiques.
Please respect the night rest of the neighbours and the private space of the owners.
Please make good use of the energy: make good use of electricity and water.
Please recycle (recycle containers at disposal).
Please respect the natural environment.
Firecrackers are banned throughout the property.
Ensure the cleaning of the house and leave it as tidy as found.
We provide a basic safety kit for our little ones to be used at one's convenience. Please remember that children are parents' total responsibility.
The wireless network in the house is free of charge. Guests must agree to use it within the legal framework and not for illegal uploads or downloads, as well as other activities prohibited by law.
